It needs approval of the LEGISLATURE for the tag transfer. PGC has no voice in that one.

I was at the Senate today and was assured it would be "soon"

Commission President Delaney said loud and clear today that youth and youth hunter opportunity will be at the top of his priority list.

I suspect as soon as the BOC's can, they will move to expand the opportunity to mentored youth hunters.
