First time at making smoke! Ribs and center cut.




I will put the finished result up in about 5 hours, can not wait to see how it turns out.

Everything turned out great!! The center cut stayed very moist . I can not wait to smoke some more. I have a turkey I am going to do.

Thanks Tater. I joined and been reading a ton over the past week. I had to go find another thread you posted that in. I can see myself making a smoker like yours in the near future...lol!!!

mine has some chicken wings going right now, been raining off and on but its no problem for the drum

Be careful reading that smoking meat forum. Won't be long before everything needs to be smoked to eat. The only thing I use my grill for any more is burgers. (beef not turkey) Good job on the pork & keep the smoke rolling.

, my smoker has taken over weekend dinners, still use the grill during the week though
