I have some venison scraps I saved to make some bait for trapping. What I need to know is what do you mix with it to make it gravy like plus a preservative to keep it fresh. I have about a quart of it.
did you remove all the fat? fat in a lure formulation dosent go to well.....you will need sodium benzonate to stabilize or cure your bait...but be warned the SB dosent prevent mold...so if you make this you may want to store it in a freezer over the off season...
