Not getting good spark....tried different flints new frizzen ... any other ideas?

I had one and it liked premium cut agates. Sold it to my brother and it still likes them. If it's clean and dry and you have tried new flints....prolly time for a frizzen.
I've used cut flints black flints and good hand napped white flints...replaced frizzen last year
