I called Lyman today to order a replacement ram rod thimble, that's demise was completlely my faulty. I was shooting it without the rod not in, resting the thimble against the gun rest. It sheared off. The representative was quite polite, and sent me out the replacement parts free of charge, even thought it was my fault. Couldn't have asked for better service.
