Luzerne County Fantas and Stump pond Washkoes

I use to enjoy outstanding fishing on the two subject ponds in Orange, Pa. Are these two waterways still open to the public? Fantas... Perch and Crappie (Calicos) and Stump and (Washkoes) Pickeral . I miss those two places..
