I ordered a .300 nok from them, directly from their web site. I received instead a .299 nok which while it doesn't fall out, is not snug how their instructional video says it should fit. OK, maybe I ordered the wrong one, so I try again. Click on the .300 flat nok (a GT) and my "cart" again shows the .299 nok. No big deal, I'll send them an email via their "contact" page, except the email link doesn't work. Makes me leery of their product line when they can't operate a web site properly.

You can use a piece of plastic shopping bag to push down in with the nock to make it snug or you can just glue it in if your worried that will not work. I am not a fan of lumenok.

The plastic bag trick will work, but the glue will not as the Lumenok needs to be able to move to work.

Yeah thanks, I knew enough not to use glue, but the bag trick worked.

Contacted the company today and they are sending me a replacement pack. They told me I should be using a .301 ID nock.
