It's a learning lesson for all in the house tonight...

After cleaning my guns, I need to make sure everything is put back. And, the fiance needs to make sure she doesn't throw away anything important. So, that's cleared up. Not really upset or angry, just need to move forward.

The gun is a Savage Model 11 chambered in .243 Looking for a complete bolt assembly. I would imagine I need the ejector also???

Where can I get a replacement, fast?

Many thanks,
-Sam

As it will have a new bolt face, the head space should be checked by a 'smith or at least a go-nogo gage. Safety first.

Savage can do it with about a 10 day turn-around.

Since many people take the bolts out of their rifles for safety/security--- some rifles that are stolen do not have bolts. You might get asked for proof of ownership.
