It was good actually. One of my friends asked if I could make some crow jerky

I've tried it before......it really isn't bad, it is pretty neutral tasting

We grilled one last year after going crow hunting, it got over cooked a little we really weren't paying a whole lot of attention to it since we just had some filets. It wasn't that bad at all, if it was marinated and cooked correctly it would have be tasty in my opinion.

I shoot crows all the time and eat them. they're decent smoked or wrapped in bacon. then again, what isn't great with bacon. I've been thinking about making crow snack sticks. The big thing is cooking them to lethality temp because of west nile.
