Other than the Excalibur’s, do other brands have the de-cocking feature, as opposed to having to shoot it?

if you have done traditional archery the hickory creek inline mini crossbow does and would feel the most bow like. Most of the newer mission offerings have a decocking feature.

You can put an 8" piece of 3/8 plastic/rubber hose on your rail and slide it back so anti dry fire is picked up and let bow down with a rope cocker like Excalibur.

Yes. CamX has their new A4. That is what I am shooting this year. It can be manually de-cocked. Mission SUB1 can be decocked manually. Also the Ravin crossbows can all be decocked.

All are excellent crossbows, but over $1000. If you have any interest in the CamX A4, I can direct you to a new in box for way under retail. PM me if interested.
