Leather Holster Question

Hi guys,

I spend a lot of my time in the Waterfowl forum, but I may need some help here...

My boss has asked me to help her locate a certain holster for her son who is in Law Enforcement for a Christmas gift.

He wants a brown leather, outside the pant holster with a thumb break for a Sig P229.

I know of a few holster companies, like Galco, Crossbreed, and DeSantis... I was wondering if any of you have any good advice or a high quality company that you prefer?

Thank you very much, any help will be appreciated.

i like simply rugged and diamond d. i have them both in chest and hip holsters for revolvers and they are good quality. not cheap though.
A Galco Fletch is perfect with Christmas almost upon us....

Amazon should have it....
Check out Mitch Rozen's site he has the best belts holsters and accessories.
+1 for the Galco fletch , tops in fit and quality . and very secure yet easily accessable with the thumb break.
PA maker named Armagost Custom Leather in Three Springs Pa has some nice stuff and it is quality - great workmanship and the prices are decent.

No website - phone is 814-448-3779
Recommend simple rugged...carry my pistols in them...
