Lancaster County Sportsmen for Youth is looking for a few good young people.
Actually, the group is looking for more than a few.
The members would like to draw at least 200 kids age 10-15 to their 15th annual Youth Field Day scheduled for June 5 at Northern Lancaster County Game & Fish Protective Association in West Cocalico Township.
The Youth Field Day is a free event from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., during which participants get to experience a variety of outdoor activities — with instructors on hand — including archery, .22-caliber rifle shooting, trap shooting, muzzleloading, fly-fishing, outdoor safety, predator hunting and plenty of others.
To get in on the action, parents must fill out a registration form that can be found at lancastercountysportsmenforyouth.org and mail it back by May 25.

Please pass this along to kids and parents!
