Just made these, and they are 2 die 4 ! Its not my recipe, but its awesome.
Venison loose sausage formed into 1/2 lb patties ( go smaller if you like)
Grill your meat over charcoal ( I did ) or gas grill
Soft Italian Kaiser roll
Dijon mustard
Mezzettas Italian roasted red peppers and carmalized onions in a jar. ( of course you could make your own )
slice of red spanish onion
Drizzle with olive oil when assembled
One of the best sammies I ever ate, recipe is from a 100% Italian old friend of mine, I just wanted to pass it on, Enjoy !

Funny thing about this, I was watching outdoor TV a few days ago and Buck Mcneally show was on. One of his sponsors is Johnsonville Sausage, and they did a little lunch by the truck, and were making my buddies sandwich I posted above almost to a tee!
