I hunted that county twice for 10 days each, killed one double bearded gobbler. Beautiful place BUT there's a ton and a half of people, I mean lots and then some. You'd be far better served to head toward the center of the state, not nearly as packed...lots of public land but it's steep country, sorta reminds you of Potter/Clinton Co.

The draw hunt is two days sat/sun right before regular season begins on Monday...my wife and I drew it twice so it must not be all that tough to draw. It's a long way to LBL almost to the Mississippi, it's way way way overcrowded, however it's the most beautiful place I've ever hunted besides PA.. I saw cars/trucks from 3/4 of the USA parked there, you can see elk/bison and God knows what else, lots of Eagles, Armadillos and I saw one copperhead ..lots to see if your touristy. I forgot to mention the most ticks I've ever seen anywhere... I got Lyme disease after my first visit , take some doxicylin with you..
