After having so much rain last year, and having a couple of trailcams get wet inside the gasketted door, I decided to protect my investment a little better this year.

I bought some cheap, plastic food storage containers from the local Dollar General and sliced off a portion to make a cover for my trailcams. It keeps the rain and snow off and the clear container doesn't attract attention. I had to cut a couple of slots for the strap to pass through, but the bottom of the container covers the entire back of the camera.

Here it is laying on my kitchen table.

Wow I've never had a problem with any of my Moultrie cams (24) and I even set mine in stumps or uprooted trees ! The only time I had mine get wet was when a bear flips them up to face the sky and it gets poured on !
