Description of Duties: • Develop, coordinate and manage information delivery systems or programs and produce bi-weekly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Develop, conduct, coordinate, promote and implement electronic information delivery systems that promote programs, education, and interactions with various publics.
• Assist and coordinate website revisions and updates, social media postings and platforms, smartphone apps, and other electronic endeavors.
• Serve as a liaison with bureaus, regions and partners in these efforts throughout the state.
• Plan, develop, coordinate, promote informational and educational programs/processes and to engage new and existing audiences.
• Develop and maintain communications with other organizations regarding informational outreach programs/workshops, other outdoor recreation programs that lead to increased hunting participation and understanding of wildlife.
• Create brochures, fliers, branding, registration forms and other types of promotional materials.
• Design content and layouts for webpages and landing pages.
• Develop a budget appropriate for the implementation of the informational effort.
• Complete bi-weekly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Organize and maintain all records and materials.
• Initiate and respond to all communications from the public, PGC staff, partners and other Commonwealth agencies.
• Extensive weekend, evening and travel required.
• Perform other work as required.

Essential Functions: • Use a PC and other office equipment.
• Carry and set up audio visual equipment including slide projectors, video projectors, etc.
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Travel overnight both in and outside of Pennsylvania.
• Weekend and evening work required.
• Develop and provide training.
• Speak to various groups and represent the Game Commission at various programs.

WOW neville, thanks for posting that here. it certainly sounds like a great opportunity for someone.

Are there 3 openings or is the same thing just showing 3 times?

Even if the new hire is not ultimately an HPAer, let them know we are always willing to help spread news and information and the are welcome to use this network to do so.

Be great to see one of our members get this job...we certainly have some here I bet would be great at it.
