Looks like she might be about as good as she'll get. Majority of pellets at 40 are to the left and majority at 50 to the right. Might be a pulled shot might not. Either way both birds are dead.

Did you try the 9's at 50?

I can't justify the price of tungsten.
I got a bunch of the old heavy 10 + 12 Guage loads when they used to come 25 in a box.
I can live with shooting less than 40 yards.
