Is this a food plot?

I was looking around my stand a little deeper into the woods and found this area. There is a stand over it and around it is an overgrown weeds...is it a flood plot and if so..what is it? I am unclear on how to upload photos but i sure can email them to you. Please PM me...im real curious.
