I've gotten a couple short range sessions in so far and have discovered a couple things. 1. A Cyclone is way to fast,
I can hardly pull the arrows out of the targets. I have a 16" 'block target and at 30 yards it jumps when the arrow hits it and I get about 14" of penetration. 2.I don't like multi dot scopes, the dots sort of blend together too much. 3. Don't shoot at squirrels out of season, you'll probably lose the arrow.
I need some more practice time to get it hitting where I expect it to but it seems like I'm the primary limiting factor so I'm definitely looking forward to some archery hunting.
