well, i came around a corner sta morning to a wash out and a water filled rut. thr front left tire dug into the water and over the hande bars i went.slid about 10 feet on my head and then thr rest oe slammed into the stone trail. i knew it hurt but i didn't think anything was broke. As son as i went to stand up and put pressure on my right arm i knew my collar bone was broke.

i am right handed too! luckily i had my helmet on like i always do otherwise it would have been much worse. so looks like for the next 8 weeks there will be no riding for me!

i have to type with my left hand only now so this post took me 10 minutes to type. this stinks!

My nephew went out over the handlebars in 2004 on a Banshee without a helmet. Sad to say, he left this world that day. He was 20 years old. I'm glad you had your helmet on. I wish my nephew would have. Be careful out there and always where that helmet..
