When hunting fields, will turkeys come back into a field after the manure spreader makes its round? Just wondering if that has any effect on them.

Absolutely!!!! It's almost like hunting over bait for them.

Turkeys are very familiar with farm equipment and trucks entering and exiting fields on most "working" properties. My experience is that as long as the farm equipment or truck continues to move or does not stop and look at them from 100 yards, most of the turkeys will walk out of the field unbothered. I consider this a soft bump, and turkeys will commonly return 30 minutes later. Set up quick before they return, though! Good luck.
