Nothing worse than a thief for sure. I always felt ridiculous doing it, but I always both stash my bike out of sight AND lock it when I stop on the logging / gas well roads. Guess the story above validates carrying a lock couple miles into the woods
Hope they catch the slug who took it. I'd be crushed if I came back and found my rig missing. Put a lot of thought and money into a mountain bike suitable for a hunt.
