That is a fact. Using the word hunter in the title of this thread is an injustice to every legit hunter out there.bohunr said:just a poacher that happens to be a millionaire.
what WMU was his 2013 elk taken in? i hope it was legal and not questionable.lynxone said:Looks like ole Todd loves the challenge of the "tough hunts" like his 2013 Pa hunt. I remember hearing what a great guy he was to have around camp. He even helped cut up his Pa trophy, what a guy! Let someone else locate antlers by any means nessecery. Here's the cash just let me shoot em. I also remember the PGC never mentioned a word about Todds 400 inch elk harvest. Wonder why?
There is no argument for this human trash, to call him a hunter or a sportsman is preposterous. His money is not enough to satisfy his ego, he is more than willing to break the law for bigger elk antlers than yours...... I'd say he has some serious self esteem issues.
I can't wait for the story about his Pa hunt again this year.........I have to wonder...what Pa outfitter will guide this clown in 2016?
Using the word "Beloved" doesn't help either.kudu58 said:That is a fact. Using the word hunter in the title of this thread is an injustice to every legit hunter out there.bohunr said:just a poacher that happens to be a millionaire.
What a shame that money makes people and agencies forget their values. And there a posters on this very site who have defended this guy buying the tag again this year.
Two things, first, how is something "semi legal" and second, Bullwinkle is a Mooseyobuck 1 said:The whole thing is nothing but a spectacle and a joke as far
as fair chase is concerned. Very few Pa elk are shot as a
result of even the most vauge description of fair chase.
Wether its many thousands or just a few hundred dollars is of little consequence as it pertains to the manner in which these animals are taken.
The fact is the PGC turns their backs on game law infringments in order for the whole thing to be successful. There are lots of Bullwinkles that get (semi) legaly shot.
Including several on our property. Moving the check station
to Bennezete is just another example of follow the money.
I do not know the unit though Quehanna rings a bell. I believe the whole hunt lasted forty minutes and I think they were touting a 400 inch trophy. ECO handled his hunt and posted the whole story on this site. Thats when we found he was ah...perhaps less than desirable as a client? I haven't looked for the old post but it may still be here. Created quite a firestorm on this site. I think everything was legal during his first Pa hunt.bohunr said:what WMU was his 2013 elk taken in? i hope it was legal and not questionable.lynxone said:Looks like ole Todd loves the challenge of the "tough hunts" like his 2013 Pa hunt.
