Caught one like that at literally the same spot. Released it. Shoulda seen the looks on peoples faces when I threw it back.

I'm not sure how well they survive in that lake during summer. I know that I've seen several dead ones along shore later in the summer. Whether it was water temp (lack of oxygen) or mishandling before release ...I don't know
