This , again, is banning hi caps, but all existing mags would be OK. That means, same as it did in 1994, that mag prices go way up, and it makes no difference at all.

It's not enforceable, meaning that there's no way to know if a mag was "pre-Pre ban" or not.

There are MILLIONS of hi cap mags out there. MILLIONS. The VAST majority of them are not involved in crime.

This, again, is politicians thinking they are sooo much smarter than everyone else, and they can "solve it" legislatively...not to mention trouncing the Constitution in the process.
