That time of year when I love the look of our pantry filled with canning jars. So far did green beans, pickled beets, hot dills, rosie peppers, bread and butter peppers, hot pepper jelly, and spaghetti sauce. We usually put up around 400 jars each year. Will be doing corn, apple sauce, more tomatoes, and sauerkraut soon. How's your canning season going?
