If, I have soy seed left over from the last year will it still be good? It was stored in a cool dry place.

Sure. The germination may not be as much as last year but darn close. cool, dry and dark.. thats the key

To check germination, take some seeds, place them in a ziplock with a wet paper towel and set them in a warm place indoors. You'll soon see that a great majority of the seeds will germinate.

Actually, a seed dealer, if I'm not mistaken, can send outdated seed to have it recertified as to germination rates if it gets "old".
