How late can you plant oats, winter rye in the southern third of PA? Running out of time this fall with everything going on in life right now... Probably won't be able to get the work done on my food plot until around Sept 20-24 to get the fall food plot in... Is this too late for oats, rye, etc? Other options I can still plant this late without them dying? Thanks!

Plenty of time for rye & wheat. Up till Oct 1st is OK. Oats only about another 3 weeks, they freeze out to fast if planted after about Sept 15th. I still got 2 major plots to do. Just waiting for rain right now.
