Last night, I won a Horton Vari-Range Variable Power Lighted Reticle Crossbow Scope. Anybody here have any experience with this glass? This is the model with red and green lights, on 5 cross hairs that adjust according to your arrow speed. I have a Horton with the multi range 4x, unlighted scope. I wonder if i should replace my old glass, which works fine, or sell this new boxed up up wonder.

Is it a Horton scope? I was not aware that they were making variables with a speed ring.

The package says Horton Crossbows model SS067. 484 Tacoma Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278, and the scope has the Horton trademark. Midway sells this same scope. I found it by searching for Horton vari-zone.

Cool, found it. Nice looking piece. No experience with it though.

I'm going to stick with my old vari-range. It has served me well. The new lighted scope is now in the classifieds.
