Easy temp house can be made by staking 2 cattle panels down (side by side)in a hoop shape. Stretch a clear tarp over it. I made one a few years back with a cheap blue tarp and it worked fine. Had an area that was 8 x 10 and large enough to walk through. Put it up in february and one sunny day it was 27 degrees out side and 58 degrees inside, with no auxilliary heat. I have seen similar things done using pvc water pipe lashed together with duct tape.
