Lots of upgrades to inside shabin - insulation, propane heater, green board throughout interior, electric plugs, fuse box with generator, air baffles in ceiling, roof vents, porta potty (temp)

Exterior - 24' flat gravel base, pressure washed and painted

Property - tree clearing for view of creek, driveway, grading and clearing of prop, bridge across ravine, reclaimed large sandstone across front (heavy!)

All work done with the help of some very good friends.

Were located in Venango County - near Cooperstown

How do you heat?

Propane heat / 100 gal tank - works great
I have a pot belly stove but that would be way overboard
