Looking for a semi-guided whitetail hunt to do for 2015 or '16. I'd rather it be a state where an over-the-counter license is a reality. Also, this would be archery only, and preferably something with a 130" minimum. PM me experiences, recommendations, etc. I'm looking to spend under $3,000...Thanks ahead.

With your specifications, your best bets are Ohio and western Kentucky.

Check out Buckskin Trophy Whitetails in SE Ohio. Very nice people and great lodging and food. Prices increase as the season goes on, 1,800 to 2,200. They don't have a min. but have over 6,000 acres and lots of deer.
