I went out this morning from 5-9 and came across these tracks. They seem small I'm thinking a fox but not 100% sure. I know the pictures are horrible I'm just new at predator hunting and trying to learn as much as I can.

I was skeptical of it being a yote just based on the narrow trees it fit between and under and also it was walking across large down trees and appeared to be alone. Single set of tracks to and from the same location. As I followed the tracks through the snow I didn't actually see the animal.

Next time you take a pic like this, put a quarter or a shell next to it so it is easier to put some size reference to it...wil make it easier for others to ID.....

As wide as it is long, so I would say NOT a coyote track.
