Myself and 3 friends are looking to hunt black bear over bait in Maine in the fall of 2011. We would like to try and find an outfitter for between $500 to $1000 for the cost of the hunt. We understand that there will still be license fees on top of that. If possible we would bring our own camper and supply our own meals. This would be our first trip and didn't know if there where any outfitters that did things like this. Any help or suggestions for a couple of guys on working class budgets would be appreciated.
