Some one i know has been back out in the woods scouting for the late season. There is snow in the woods hence tracks to follow!
The darn bucks, maybe not all of them but the wise ones are bedding and hiding in the brush piles and thick grape vines. The brush piles are the ones from timbering. The tops!
You get within 40 or 50 yards of them and they bounce out and are gone.
The ,what we call Laurel, along the creeks are another place the track will lead you to.
Just going to have to put on some small drives on the 26th. Hope there is still snow then and they have calmed down by then ?
