So, last weekend wifey wanted a grilled cheese sandwich. OK I made the sandwich and started to grill it. I looked at it and thought, "what a skinny little sandwich". So when I went to make mine I decided some bacon would make it better.
Here's the build...

A slice of American and a slice of Colby Jack.

2 slices of barbequed pork belly

2 slices of Canadian Bacon

A slathering of bacon jam

and lastly, 2 pieces of candied bacon

Wifey looked at my sandwich and asked "What's that?" I said "a grilled cheese sandwich." Needless to say I had to share 😋
