New here. Actually, I've been lurking for a few weeks and decided to register and start posting. I bought a Investarms 50 cal. about 7 years ago, and finally started hunting with the thing this year. I didn't get a shot at a deer this year, but had a blast anyway. I'm definitely hooked. Anyway, great forum and you all seem like a great group. I really enjoy reading all your posts.

Does your Investarms have the chrome bore? Darn good thinking by those Italians. I have a very old perc Investarms gun with a 54 cal bore. I made/finished two drop in barrels for it. One 45 and the other is an Italian Investarms 56 cal chrome bore smoothie from parts I traded for.
