I might have the chance to get a used one thats 2 years old for $100. I'm not familiar with this stand so befor I commit to buying I'm asking for any comments on the stand and the price.
I cant speak for the climbers, but I have two Gorilla strap on stands, and am very pleased with them. Got one through E-bay, and picked one up at Cabela's last year on sale cheap.
Is it a "greyback" or a "Silverback"? If it's a Silverback, I had 4 of them and they were very comfortable and great stands. The only negatives I had about them were, as I got older they became more uncomfortable for me to sit in all day long and beware the strap cambuckle freezing. Last year I had all four of them freeze up on me because I left them up a little too long after archery season and the cambuckles frose. I ended up cutting the straps and eventually replacing them.
I don't know about the stands or price but they gave me a free Gorilla T-shirt and it wears well....
