if I had to pick just one - it would be what used to be called a paddle tail shad(call them swimbaits now and charge more LOL) about 2-4 inches long on a jig head

Haven't fished in a few years, but I always did well with Motor oil tube jigs, and a Tiny Torpedo first thing in the AM.

What'ya mean once they open again?!?! Granted, you can't KEEP bass during a certain time but you can ALWAYS catch and release!

Zoom Fluke is my #1 choice by the way, followed by the always productive tube, and of course a small jig in brown tipped with a Zoom Speed Craw.

Venom 4" salted tube jigs in Watermelon or Pumpkin seed , Mepps # 2 or 3 silver spinners, and for topwater I like the Heddon Torpedo`s in black, fire tiger or frog colors.

For the Susquehanna and the Juniata the Beatle Spin is right up there with the Rebel Crawfish. For colors I use white, yellow and sometimes black.
