I have three of them, use them to video high school ice hockey games and local dirt track races. They work very nice. The only problem is that the videos take up a huge amount of space on the computer. I solved this by getting a remote hard drive to store the videos I need to keep. I've also used the time lapse setting to take sunrise and sunset pic's at the beach. Great litle cameras.
i have a hero 2. low light conditions are not good but the new ones have taken care of that problem. ive recorded a few hunts as well as 4 wheeler rides ,setting it to take pics every ten sec.then running it through a speed program is fun with a moving episode or cleaning a room ,setting up a christmas tree .ect,
