So being the younger brother of grousedog20, we have a lot of similarities... also a lot of differences. One of those differences in recent years has been that I prefer finding ways to capture my outdoor experiences in video and he prefers the still images. In my quest to continually upgrade my equipment, I finally broke down and purchased a DSLR camera. It is not the "ideal" camera for video capture, but it has allowed me to work on my still photography. Thankfully, I live in a fairly rural area so I have a lot of opportunities to capture some wildlife.

A really light colored Red-tailed Hawk that makes it's home around my place:
