Here is a plot that I frost-seeded last year. In the fall, I had planted an annual mix. Sometime late Feb-Early March I frost seeded clover into it. I have mowed it either 2 or 3 times this spring/summer to help with weeds. It is really doing well. You can see where I missed the strip in the middle. LOL.

Nice looking plot! Sow some dwarf Essex rape into that missed strip and you'll be golden.
