I caught these 2 young doe outside the front of my house today.......they stuck around long enough for me to snap a few pictures.

Yep, I got a pair of Pileated Woodpeckers that like to pound on that tree every day or so........

the woodpeckers wern't there for the heck of it. I'm thinking the tree may have some serious internal rot. You should have a compent arborist take a look at it to evaluate the probablility of it breaking off and coming through your roof.

na, its already broke off.........its a hemlock with the top broken out of it... its only about 10-12 feet tall now........if I were worried about it I would have already dropped it....
