Figured I'd share if anyone else was unhappy and wanted to call NAFA.
If your a WFSC member and received your "Free" Beaver DVD that you didn't request and read the enclosed letter informing you your account was debited $10 for shipping and felt unhappy...
I called to provide my feedback and discontent today. I was promptly informed they know they made a mistake and if you check online you'll see the charge was re credited back.
Glad to see they picked up on the error. Unfortunately, I'm sure a few people will still be unhappy. Keep in mind, even with the best of intentions, we all make mistakes. It's how one makes up for them that's the real measure
