Here is a video of the Fred woods trail that my girlfriend and I hiked recently. I tried to document the trail the best I could. I highly recommend this trail!!!

Cool looking trail. I always enjoy hiking trails that you got to climb around large boulders. You should hike Old Rag Mountain in Shenandoah National Park if you like hike around boulders. It is the most challenging hike I ever taken. But worth it.
