Can a mentored youth use a flintlock to harvest a buck?

I know they can use a crossbow during archery, but what about the after Christmas front loader????

Yep, it is on the mentoreds lic. it is a antlerd tag OR a flintlock tag.

They can shoot a buck in any season that bucks are legal including flintlock but no antlerLESS deer anytime.
