Treed74 on the WB you should shoot cock vane up (or on an angle) so none of your fletchings go through the black section of bristles on the bottom center of the rest. They are much stiffer than the brown ones since their function is to support the shaft when you shoot.

not if you fletch your own arrows and make the cockvane on the left
