I purchased a Foxpro Firestorm and have an operating question. The buttons on the remote seem difficult to operate. It seems I have to press the buttons multiple times to change the sound. It appears the overlay may be slightly offset from the button. Just wondering if this is normal before I attempt to return it for a replacement. Otherwise I love the caller.
Thanks in advance.

Is the caller elevated off the ground when you are using it?

The first remote I had for mine had sticky buttons on it they were difficult to push sometimes...........Anyway, it got damaged, and I took it to Foxpro for service, and they ended up putting a new face on the remote, and it made a huge difference.....
