I was in the mood for some ribs to I picked up some at the store. They had BB on sale too so I grabbed one of them a nice little 8# one.

The bb has been on for awhile and I am getting ready to get the ribs ready.

looking good. i'm thinking some babybacks on the WSM will be new years eve dinner. i think i still have a 3 pack in the freezer. i did a ham on christmas eve for our family party and some of the folks said it was the best they ever ate. giant beagle had the semi-boneless for .89/lb and i picked up a couple, glazed them in ginger ale, brown sugar and mustard and let them smoke for 5 or 6 hours. gotta love them smokers baby!!

BB looking good. Got the ribs trimmings and chefs treats on the smoker.
