Last night I was able to pick some fresh veggies for dinner. Two yellow peppers, a few spring onions and a big bundle of Pak Choy, Add some fresh duck eggs and made some tasty fried rice.

Nice!

You guys in the lowlands always get an early jump on planting and harvest. I just planted 2 weeks ago when the frost danger finally left.

My first planting of scallions are gone already, 2nd planting is ready. Radishes are gone too. Lots of lettuce to cut. All the plants are doing good,,tomatoes 2 ft tall but anything I planted from seed is doing lousy due to cool wet ground.

picked a few jalapenos and a couple sweet banana peppers so far. Lots of grape tomatoes and romas on plants, but still green. Usually start picking my tomatoes around july 4th.
